Housecall Pro has partnered with Mineral, an HR Platform, to provide you with all the tools you need to keep your employees happy and grow your team. Access a compliant-ready HR hub, employee handbook builder, hiring and onboarding templates, custom courses, and personalized compliance alerts.
Activate HR Resources
To activate your HR Resources, navigate to the My Money page in the HCP navigation bar at the top of your HCP Homepage. Select the HR Resources tab in the side menu and lastly, click the blue button labeled ACTIVATE.
Once you have activated your account, you can quickly access all of your HR resources by clicking the tiles on the page. This will take you directly to Mineral’s site. You are able to create employee handbooks, training, HR templates, law alerts, and HR compliance.
Employee and Contractor Account Creation:
To provide your team with access to HR resources, begin by setting up their accounts. Payroll Admins are automatically designated as HR admins, and their accounts are pre-configured.
Navigate to the My Money page in the HCP navigation bar at the top of your HCP Homepage and click the HR Resources tab in the side menu. In the "Manage Team Member Access" section, you can see all active employees and contractors in payroll. Click on the "Employees & Contractors" link in the blue notification banner to update their details. Additionally, your employees should create a Mineral account to access new resources like the employee handbook and training courses.
Follow these steps to create their Mineral Account:
Note: You can add team members to HR resources in bulk or individually.
For bulk creation:
Select the checkbox next to NAME in the manage team member access table.
Click the CREATE ACCOUNTS button.
Each team member will receive an onboarding link via email from Mineral once their account is successfully created.
For individual creation:
Select the checkbox next to the team member's name.
Click the CREATE ACCOUNTS button.
Each team member will receive an onboarding link via email from Mineral once their account is successfully created.
Removing Team Member Access from Mineral:
To revoke a team member's access to HR resources, you will need to toggle off HR resources. When you do this, your employee will no longer be able to utilize their credentials to access Mineral.
Navigate to the My Money page in the HCP navigation bar at the top of your HCP Homepage then click the HR Resources tab in the side menu. In the "Manage Team Member Access" section, if you would like to re-enable access, simply toggle the HR resources back on for that employee.
Please note: HR Admin access cannot be disabled.
