You can now obtain employee onboarding links directly from Payroll in Housecall Pro!
If you follow these steps, you can obtain a one-time link that does not expire:
Go to the My Money tab
Click on the Employees and Contractors tab, located below the Payroll section.
Locate the profile of the specific employee you need the onboarding link for
Click on Details.
In the top right corner, click on More.
From there, you should be able to select the onboarding link and send it to your employee/contractor!
This onboarding link will allow your employee or contractor to enter their social security number, select their payment method, and complete their withholdings or W-9 form if they are contractors. Once it’s completed, you will see them under the Employees and Contractors tab with a completed status.
