Below is a step-by-step on how you can retrieve and download employee(s)/contractor(s) paystub.
Go to the My Money tab.
Click on the Employees and Contractors tab, located below the Payroll and Benefits section
Click on Details.
In the top right corner, click on Get Paystubs
Please note if your employee has an active HCP User seat, they can see their paystubs directly from the mobile app by following the steps below.
Login to HCP Account
Go to the Menu tab
Click on the Payroll
Select Preview Paystubs
Select Download on the desired paystub you'd like to retrieve
