Changing your Force Fleet Subscription
If you plan on changing your Force Fleet Tracking subscription, you will need to return any devices that you choose to cancel or replace.

Downgrading Vehicle GPS Tracking Devices
If you purchased VGPS before 8/28/24
If you purchased your VGPS before 8/28/24, this is how to downgrade and request your return shipping label for Vehicle GPS Tracking devices. We are in the process of updating the billing user experience, but some Pros will have the legacy billing view, as detailed below, while this transition takes place.
Navigate to your settings (gear icon) in the top right corner of your Housecall Pro homepage.
In your settings, go to 'Billing' on the left-hand side of the navigation menu.
Once in Billing, click the blue CHANGE PLAN button.
Click the blue NEXT button in the bottom right corner to advance to the next page.
Adjust the number of devices next to Vehicle Tracking under the Add-ons list. Then click the blue NEXT button in the bottom right-hand corner.
After you have adjusted the number of devices and clicked NEXT, click the blue UPDATE PLAN button in the bottom corner to confirm.
If you purchased VGPS after 8/28/24
If you purchased your VGPS after 8/28/24, this is how to downgrade and request your return shipping label for Vehicle GPS Tracking devices, using the new billing view.
Navigate to your settings (gear icon) in the top right corner of your Housecall Pro homepage, and go to 'Billing' on the left-hand side of the navigation menu.
You will then click on 'Manage' in the bottom right corner of your Vehicle Tracking subscription.
This will open a window with all the information about your VGPS subscription. To continue with changing the amount of trackers on your plan, click 'Manage Devices' on your screen.
This will redirect you to your Fleet Management app card, where you can click 'Add Vehicle Trackers' in the upper right corner.
This pop up will allow you to add or subtract devices from your VGPS subscription. Click 'Confirm' in the bottom right when it reflects the number of devices you would like.
Once you change your plan, Force Fleet Tracking will be notified upon your next billing renewal. They will send you a pre-paid return shipping label PDF.
For example: If you cancel on June 1st, but your HCP renewal date is on June 15th, Force Fleet Tracking will issue your return labels after June 15th.
By default, your Force account is created with the first admin email listed in your Housecall Pro employee list. If you don't see the email, double-check which email address is in your Force account.
Force will send a pre-paid shipping label to the email you have on file in your Force Fleet Tracking account.
Downgrading Dashcam Video Monitoring Devices
If you purchased Dashcams before 8/28/24
If you purchased your dashcams before 8/28/24, this is how to downgrade and request your return shipping label.
To start, click the "My Apps" icon located at the top-right of your Housecall Pro homepage. Next, click "Go to App store":
Scroll down until you see the App card for "Vehicle GPS tracking":
On the right-hand side of your screen, you'll see the "Support" section. Click the blue "Support Blue Chat Bubble" option to chat in with support to have a Sales Representative assist you with downgrading your Dashcam devices.
If you purchased Dashcams after 8/28/24
If you purchased your dashcams after 8/28/24, this is how to downgrade and request your return shipping label, using the new billing view.
Navigate to your settings (gear icon) in the top right corner of your Housecall Pro homepage, and go to 'Billing' on the left-hand side of the navigation menu.
You will then click on 'Manage' in the bottom right corner of your Dashcam subscription card.
This will open a window with all the information about your Dashcam subscription. To continue with changing the amount of dashcams on your plan, click 'Manage Devices' on your screen. This will open a chat with the Blue Chat Bubble to support you through the subscription change.
Once you change your plan, Force Fleet Tracking will be notified upon your next billing renewal. They will send you a pre-paid return shipping label PDF.
For example: If you cancel on June 1st, but your HCP renewal date is on June 15th, Force Fleet Tracking will issue your return labels after June 15th.
Force will send a pre-paid shipping label to the email you have on file in your Force Fleet Tracking account.
Request to Return Shipping Label Early
If you would like to send the Force device back to Force earlier than your billing renewal date, you may request a Shipping Label within the Vehicle Tracking App Card. This can be located by clicking the App Store icon located in the top-right hand of your Homepage followed by clicking the "Go to App Store" button:
Navigate to the "Vehicle GPS Tracking" option and click "View Details"
Click on 'Request Return Label' located in the yellow notification bar at the top right of the screen
Fill out your contact and address details in the pop-up window
Lastly, select 'Request Email' located at the bottom right of the return label pop-up screen
Note: If you request your label early, you will have 30 days to return each canceled device from your label request date.
Reminder:
Any Vehicle GPS Tracking devices not returned within 30 days will incur a $150 charge per device
Any Dashcam Video Monitoring devices not returned within 30 days will incur a $400 charge per device
Returning devices is simple: it'll be pre-filled out with your information and completely pre-paid!

Returning your Vehicle GPS because you upgraded to Dashcams
The other reason you may be returning devices is that you are replacing your Vehicle GPS Tracking devices with Dashcams. When you upgrade to Dashcams, the expectation is you will send back your Vehicle GPS devices that you are replacing.
Please Note: If you are returning your Vehicle GPS Tracking devices because you are upgrading to Dashcams, the return shipping label will be included in your
Dashcams box.
