When will my card stop working?

  • Your charge card will no longer work after 5/31/2024. Any purchase attempts will result in a declined transaction.


Will I still need to repay my balance after 5/31/2024?

  • Yes. You are still responsible for paying off any of the statement balance or any charges that settle after 5/31/2024.


How can the remaining balance of my account be paid if any charges come through after 5/31/2024?

  • Our customer support team can assist you with making your final Charge Card payment through one of several methods.


Will this impact my credit score in any way?

  • No. The termination of this program will have no impact on your personal or business credit score.


What should I do with my card after it is deactivated on 5/31/2024?

  • Feel free to safely dispose of it like another credit card by cutting or shredding it.
