What is the CSR AI?
CSR AI is your ultimate customer service representative, transcribing voicemails and providing summaries to streamline customer creation. Reclaim your time, handle missed calls effortlessly, and focus on growing your business to new heights.
How does it work?
When unknown customers leave a voicemail, you can view those voicemails in your Call Log by clicking 'Inbox' from the Housecall Pro navigation bar at the top of your screen and selecting 'Call log' from the menu on the left.
Once you select a caller from your Call Log, the caller window will appear on your screen where you can open up Quick View to see a transcription of the voicemail and a summary of the voicemail provided by CSR AI.
When the customer is not known, you can create a customer with CSR AI by clicking on the blue 'Create Customer' button.
Our CSR AI will help you by auto-populating new customer fields like name and phone number when you create a customer using the voicemail transcription.
