Lead Form allows you to capture leads from your website. This simple form can be customized in Housecall Pro settings and embedded on your website.
The customers visiting your website can fill in this form, and a Lead will be created in Housecall Pro.
Set up the Lead From
Go to Settings > Lead form
Edit text
To change the text displayed in your Lead form, expand the Edit text section and then Click on the Edit button.
When you edit the text, it will get updated in the live preview on the right hand side. Once you are done with the updates click on "Save" button.
Add fields
You can pick which fields will be displayed in your Lead form.
Currently, if you add a field to your Lead form it will be required - your customers to submit the form will need to provide all the information, no fields will be optional.
Publishing the Lead form on your website
To place the Lead form on your website, you need to copy the embed code and paste it into the right place in the code of your website. If you are not managing your website, copy the Lead form code and send it to the webmaster or the company that runs your website.
Receiving Leads from the Lead From
One a customer fills in the form and submits it on your website, a Lead object will be created in Housecall Pro. You will receive a text notification about the new Lead. This lead will also show in the Job Inbox and Pipeline. All the info provided in the form by your customer will be visible in the Lead object.
