The Pro Vote system gives users the chance to influence Housecall Pro’s feature development. It’s a suggestion box where users can upvote features they want prioritized. The most supported ideas are more likely to be built.
How do I submit a Pro Vote?
Go to the Public Feedback Tab on the Product Roadmap
Enter a title and description for your suggestion
Submit it to appear publicly for upvotes
Message our support team through the Blue Chat Bubble
Post in our Facebook community, and a community manager can submit it for you
Why are Pro Votes important?
They influence what our team works on, allowing us to prioritize high-demand features and build what matters most to Pros. Voting fosters community discussion and helps shape the Product Roadmap.
How long does it take for a Pro Voted feature to be built?
Timing varies based on complexity, resources, and demand. We don’t guarantee specific release dates but encourage voting to help prioritize development.
How do features move from Pro Votes to development?
Once a feature gains support, product managers evaluate it based on feasibility, complexity, and resources before moving it into development.
Why don’t all Pro Votes get built?
Some suggestions can’t be implemented due to:
Technical limitations – Major infrastructure changes required
Resource allocation – Competing priorities in development
Regulatory constraints – Compliance issues with security or privacy
