A job (or estimate) note is internal information that is specific to that individual job (or estimate) and cannot be seen by your customer.
- This includes any information that needs to be remembered/relayed about the work to be performed on this job or specific instructions/details the customer gave.
- Job/estimates notes will display on the details page in the web portal and in the field on the mobile app.
You can add notes when initially creating the estimate or job OR anytime after.
Simply click on the 'Private Notes' section, type in your notes, and click elsewhere when done.

On the estimate/job details page, you can switch the side you view the 'Private Notes' on by clicking the 'Switch Side' icon in the upper right corner of the notes section (see above).
