Desktop notifications are available in our CallRail integration to show when a customer is calling. Clicking on the notification will take you to their customer details page.

On the app page for CallRail, there will be an icon on the top right to enable desktop notifications for calls. When prompted, select "enable now".

Your browser will then prompt you to enable notifications. Select "allow".

You will receive a success desktop notifications indicating your notifications are now ready and enabled.
