Turn on notifications for incoming Chat messages on Google Chrome

Chat directly within Housecall Pro's web portal to manage communication with both your customers and your team.

Desktop notifications are available to show when someone sends you a message. Clicking on the notification will take you directly to their chat.

*Housecall Pro works best with Google Chrome. We recommend using the Chrome browser for best results.

How to enable desktop notifications:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click the three vertical dots. Then click on Settings. You will be redirected to the settings page. On the left hand side, click on Privacy and security.

  3. Under Privacy and security, click Site settings.

  4. Scroll down and click Notifications.

  5. Choose the option for sites to ask to send notifications.

  6. To turn on notifications for Housecall Pro, scroll down to Customized behaviors and click Add. Then enter housecallpro.com
