Connecting Housecall Pro and The New Flat Rate

How to connect Housecall Pro to The New Flat Rate and what the integration does.

The New Flat Rate is a menu pricing system that allows customers to view options before repairs. The New Flat Rate can give Pros a no-pressure sales presentation process which puts the customer in complete control by giving them 5 repair options to choose from on every job, written in a way that customers better understand.

(Note: TNFR is a separate account outside of Housecall Pro)

To connect the integration:

  1. Log into tnfrapp.com as an Admin. Once you are logged in, navigate to the Company tab on the left side of the screen and scroll down to Housecall Pro Integration. Tab Sign into Housecall Pro.

  2. You will be prompted to sign into your Housecall Pro account.

  3. Once logged into Housecall Pro, you will be redirected back to The New Flat Rate Admin Dashboard.

  4. In the Company tab, scroll down to Housecall Pro Integration. Tab Manage Service Techs.

  5. In TNFR Admin Dashboard, you will match up all The New Flat Rate User Accounts with their associated Housecall Pro User Accounts.

  6. In TNFR Admin Dashboard: Admin User matches up all The New Flat Rate User Accounts with their associated Housecall Pro User Accounts
