We're always working on improving for our Pros. That's why we created and revamped our Product Roadmap, where you can check out what's new, submit feedback, and vote on features that you'd like to see! 😁
The Product Roadmap gives you a clear view of what’s coming next to Housecall Pro, what’s in progress, and what’s recently been released. It’s your go-to place to track feature development and stay up to date on the latest updates.
How to Access the Product Roadmap
To access our Product Roadmap:
Click the Blue Chat Bubble in the bottom right corner of your HCP account.
Then, select Customer Support to open the Blue Chat Bubble window.
Finally, on the Home tab, click on the Check out our latest product updates section to open and access the Product Roadmap.
The HCP Product Roadmap has two sections:
Building List: Features currently in development.
Shipped List: Recently released updates.
Want to learn more about a feature we’ve built or recently released?
Click on any feature card in the Product Roadmap to open a window with detailed information and a summary of the feature.
