How to Set Your Business Hours
Set your business hours to be displayed on your Housecall Pro calendar as well as your online booking page (if applicable). If you have GPS tracking for your account, you will be able to track your employees within your set business hours. To set your business hours, follow the steps below.
For new users:
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of your HCP account to go to Settings.
Select Company from the left menu, under Global Settings.
Click the Business hours tab on the Company settings page.
If you're on the previous version of settings:
Click the gear icon in the top right corner of your HCP account to go to Settings.
Select Business hours from the left menu, under Company.
In your Business hours settings:
Click Edit in the Operating hours section at the top of the page.
Use the drop-downs on the left to select Business Open & Business Closed hours. Then, check the days on which those hours apply.
Click Save once you've finished setting all of your hours
Example
If your weekly hours are...
Mondays & Wednesdays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Fridays: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
...your business hours would look as shown in the picture below.
