When the need arises to transition to a lower tiered subscription plan for your HCP account please reach out to the HCP Payroll team directly through the Blue Chat Bubble.

Should you need to cancel your HCP payroll subscription, please inform us accordingly and prepare the responses to the following inquiries.

  • Do you need us to file Q3/YE/W2 payroll returns or will you be moving over to a new payroll provider who will be filing these on your behalf?
