This integration brings your Yelp leads into Housecall Pro, making it easy to manage inquiries, share real-time availability, and turn Yelp visitors into booked jobs. To use this integration, you must have an account with Yelp.
How to Enable the Yelp Integration in Housecall Pro
To set up the integration with Yelp:
Click the My Apps icon (3x3 square) in the top right corner of your HCP account on the web, then select the Job inbox app to view your Job inbox settings.
Toggle on Yelp. The toggle will turn blue when enabled and gray when disabled.
Click the back arrow in the top left corner to exit the App details screen.
Navigate to your Yelp inbox by going to Inbox → Job inbox → Yelp, then click Sign in.
You'll be redirected to Yelp's website to authenticate your account securely.
Follow the provided prompts to enter your Yelp login credentials.

Getting Yelp Leads
Once the integration is set up, all new leads from Yelp Request A Quote (RAQs) will now be automatically created as leads in your Housecall Pro account, and you'll be notified of each one by a message in your Job inbox.

No, you cannot connect a franchise Yelp account to your Job inbox at the moment. This is something we are working on and hope to release it soon!
