This integration brings your Yelp leads into Housecall Pro, making it easy to manage inquiries, share real-time availability, and turn Yelp visitors into booked jobs. With everything in one place, you can capture more customers and grow your business effortlessly.
How to Enable the Yelp Integration in Housecall Pro
To set up the integration with Yelp:
Click the gear icon in the bottom left corner of your HCP account.
Select Job Inbox from the left menu.
Find the Yelp integration and toggle it on to activate.
Navigate to your Yelp inbox by going to Inbox → Job inbox → Yelp → click “Sign in”.
You'll be redirected to Yelp's website to authenticate your account securely.
Follow the provided prompts to enter your Yelp login credentials.

Getting Yelp Leads
Once the integration is set up, all new leads from Yelp Request A Quote (RAQs) will now be automatically created as leads in your Housecall Pro account, and you'll be notified of each one by a message in your Job inbox.
Online Booking on your Yelp Profile
Once a Pro has Online Booking connected through Reserve with Google, Yelp will automatically add a "Book Online" button to their Yelp Business Page. Customers who click the button are taken directly to the Pro's Housecall Pro online booking page, so they can schedule a job without leaving Yelp.
How to get a “Book Now” button on your Yelp Profile
You will need to:
Create your Online booking form
You’ll see the “Book Now” button show up on your profile within 14 hours
📌 Note: to turn off the “Book now” button, you will need to turn off the whole Yelp integration.

Can I connect my franchise Yelp account to Job Inbox?
No, you cannot connect a franchise Yelp account to your Job inbox at the moment. This is something we are working on and hope to release it soon!
