Add Discount to Active Service Plans
Automatic service plan discounts allow you to apply a discount to all future jobs and estimates for customers on a specific service plan. To start using the feature today, update your active customer service plans with the service plan discount without having to create or edit new plans.
To update active service plans with a discount:
Navigate to the service plan dashboard and the “plans we offer” section.
Choose the service plan template that you would like to add the discount to.
Select “set discount for active plans” on the blue banner.
To add the discount:
Turn on the 'discount on jobs' toggle
Enter a description
Enter a percentage amount
Once saved, the discount will be added to the service plan template and all current draft, sent and active customer service plans on that plan template.
You will see this change reflected across the service plan details page for each customer plan.
Depending on the number of active plans you have, there might be a slight delay in applying this change to all plans.
Repeat this process for all service plan templates that you would like to add a discount.
If you would like to remove the service plan discount, turn the discount on jobs toggle off. Doing this through the blue banner will update all active plans and the template.
If you would like to make changes to the service plan discount and not active plans, select "edit service plans" in the top right corner. To learn more about editing service plan templates, go here.

Add Service Plan Discount on Jobs
Automatically apply a discount on jobs to service plan customers.
Overview
Automatic service plan discounts allow you to add a service plan discount to the service plan templates you offer and then auto-apply the discount to all future jobs and estimates for those customers.
Each time a new plan is created under a service plan template the customer plan will include the discount amount.
When a new job or estimate is created for the customer, the discount amount will be applied to the line items.
The discount is only auto-applied on the new job/estimate page. If you remove or would like to add the discount to an existing job, it will need to be entered manually.
The discount amount will be applied to all line items on the job or estimate.
Add a service plan discount when creating a new service plan template
On your Service Plans dashboard, in the top right-hand corner, click on + SERVICE PLAN.
Set up the service plan as outlined in the steps here.
In the discounts section:
Turn on the 'discount on jobs' toggle
Enter a description
Enter a percentage amount
All fields are required
If you would like to remove or not include a discount, the 'discount on jobs' toggle must be off.
Once saved, the service plan discount is now a part of the service plan template and all future customer plans.
Add a service plan discount to an existing service plan template
Navigate to the service plan template and select "edit service plan" in the top right-hand corner.
Updating the discount here will only apply to new agreements, and will not change existing agreements.
