Instructions for configuring your ring group

Here's how you can create your VoIP ring group which will dictate who rings when a call comes through the system.


Create a Ring Group

First, click the blue "New Ring Group"button.

Next, add a group name for your ring group. Select the employees you wish to be part of your group. Your ring group can contain a maximum of 10 destinations.


โ€‹Note: If you don't see an employee you wish to add, that means that we can't find a device for them. Please have your employee open up the dialer and try again to add the employee.

Then, click the blue "Create Ring Group" located on the right-hand side of your screen.


Now, you can add this ring group to your call flow!


Edit Ring Group

To edit your ring group, select the three dots in the table row and then select "Edit ring group" from the drop down.

From there, you can make changes to the name of the group or edit its members and then click the blue "Save" button on the right-hand side of your screen.


Delete Ring Group

To delete your ring group, select the three dots in the table row and then select "Delete ring group" from the drop down.

Once you click delete, you will see a confirmation dialog. Please note that your action cannot be undone.

Note: If the ring group is being used in a call flow, then you will need to remove it from that call flow before you delete it from your account.
