Pro Power Hour: Product Training Webinars

A feature-focused solution for your company's training needs

Written by Lauren G.

Welcome to Pro Power Hour!

What: Add some power to your account in just one hour! Join us for Pro Power Hour: A new feature-focused training series in the HCP Facebook group to help Pros with training. Exclusive call with onboarding specialists, community managers, and on occasion Product managers who will discuss the week's feature, take feedback, and answer questions (ideally on the week’s topic but we will take any product questions). It will be a refresher for older pros and an opportunity for new Pros to come and learn.

Who: Community manager Chris Weldon is joined by our expert partner, Phill Spignola, from the Housecall Pro Onboarding Specialist team.

Why: You asked for more training, so we developed this weekly webinar to dive into features one at a time!

When: Thursdays at 2 pm PST/5 pm EST

Where: On Zoom & In Our Housecall PROs Facebook Group.

Upcoming sessions:

June 4th: Virtual Summit - No Power Hour - Resume June 11th

June 11th: New Look & Feel to HCP - Following our product release and Spring Summit, showing our pros the differences in the old version of app/web versus the new. Highlighting new navigation and where some actions have moved to.

June 18th: Price Book - Walking through price book set up, management, and data as a whole plus reviewing common FAQs.

June 25th: Customer Accountability in HCP - Reviewing tools such as e-signatures, checklists, terms & conditions, and DNS.
